- We hold the necessary CMSE, CECE and Nebosh certifications to design, build, install and upgrade machinery systems, ensuring compliance with the required standards and the machinery directives.
- We have a strong working relationship with all the key machinery suppliers and have managed budgets of up to £30m per year.
- Working with the client, we build their URS document, to support the purchasing contract and then work with the OEM to ensure that the targets set within the contract are achieved.
- We have an excellent framework of contractors that can support all the routine tasks required to support key projects without affecting the plants’ existing productivity.
What we can offer
Machine Risk Assessments and PUWER
- End users must comply with The Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations (PUWER) to meet their legal obligations regarding the safe use of machinery/work equipment. In addition to the PUWER, new machinery must comply with the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, enacted in UK law as The Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 2008.
